We might not be able to make changes to an order without sufficient notice. There is a $10 fee to change the scheduled delivery address and is not guaranteed.

Ambience Flowers’ Shopping Cart is hosted on secure servers in Shopify and Bluehost, and all personal information is transmitted via the highest encryption technology, which provides the best level of online assurance available. Ambience Flowers keeps your personal information PRIVATE and does not share it with any marketing companies, or third party advertisers.

Opting Out & Unsubscribe
If you no longer prefer to receive our promotional emails or newsletter, please follow the instructions for unsubscribing/opting-out as indicated at the bottom of the email. Although the changes to your account will be processed as quickly as possible within a reasonable amount of time, please understand that you may receive emails and/or newsletters until these changes have been processed. Also, note that opting-out does not apply to any communications necessary for the processing of your order.

If you would like to change your flower order, please contact us within the first 12 hours from placing the respective order. We might not be able to make changes to an order without sufficient notice. There is a $15 fee to change the scheduled delivery address and is not guaranteed.
5. Canceling Your Order
If you would like to completely cancel your flower order you must do so within the first 8 hours of placing the respective order. No cancellations will be accepted within 5 business days of a scheduled delivery date. There is a 15% surcharge on all canceled orders. To cancel an order, you can either send an email to orders@Ambiencesflowers.com with the subject heading CANCEL ORDER # (include your order number) in the body of the email include what you want to cancel or call us to 1.888-747-9727. Either way, we will need to speak with the person who placed the order to confirm the cancellation.
6. Shipping Your Flowers
Ambience Flowers offers FREE Shipping on most bulk flowers, however, there are certain flowers and floral supplies, addresses outside of the 48 lower United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico), and delivery dates (Saturday delivery) that will incur additional shipping fees.
Ambience Flowers recommends the customer, or a representative, be present for delivery. A signature may or may not be required at the time of delivery. Ambience Flowers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, damage to the products as a result of being left in inclement weather, damage to products as a result of prolonged travel times caused by the customer not being present, FedEx, UPS or DHL delays, delays as a result of Customs and Agricultural inspections, or acts of God. 7. Warnings About Handling Flowers, Boxes & Materials
Ambience Flowers ships wholesale flowers that may be protected and secured with heavy plastic straps, large metal staples, wooden rods and other sharp packaging materials. The packaging materials and the flowers themselves may have rough sharp edges and/or thorns. Use caution to protect yourself while handling the boxes, packaging materials and the flowers themselves. Packaging straps are under pressure and may release suddenly. There is a risk of injury when handling the boxes, packaging materials, and flowers. Please be careful and use proper protective gloves and appropriate tools. Ambience Flowers cannot be held responsible for damages or injuries that occurred as a result of handling our packages or flowers.
8. Flower Complaints & Claims
If you are not satisfied with your flower shipment, please call Ambience Flowers IMMEDIATELY after opening your boxes at 1.888-747-9727. AND email us at cservice@Ambiencesflowers.com. All complaints must be communicated verbally and accompanied with digital pictures indicating all the flowers within 12 hours of receipt of the product or your claim will not be accepted and no refund will be granted. In order to process your claim, we will request digital pictures and/or return of all products (for quality inspection). We do not guarantee color tone matches. Flowers are a natural product and vary in color from season to season.
It is the customer's responsibility to properly care for the ordered flowers. PLEASE READ FRESHLY FLOWERS CARE TIPS BELOW. Ambience Flowers is not liable for products mishandled by clients. Customers must be knowledgeable about flower care. Please read BELOW the detailed Guarantee for what we do and do not cover under our guarantee.
9. Short Message Services (SMS) & Mobile Phone Usage
Ambience Flowers safely and securely collects mobile phone numbers to send SMS or text messages to our customers in an effort to keep you informed about your order. By providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive SMS or text messages from Ambience Flowers regarding your order. There is no service fee associated with these but you are responsible for any and all charges associated with receiving text messages in accordance with your mobile phone service provider.

Despite our best efforts, items may be mispriced, described inaccurately, unavailable, or experience delays in updating product information. SHIPPING POLICY DETAILS
Ambience Flowers provides FREE SHIPPING via FedEx on all bulk flowers available on our website shipped within the lower 48 contiguous United States. To be sure your items ship FREE simply look for this statement, FREE Shipping On this Item on each product page. Some of our pre-designed flower bouquets and floral supplies may have additional shipping fees associated with them. To calculate your shipping fees for these items, simply add the desired items to your cart and continue to checkout. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on the selected items and shipping address.
Deliveries are available Tuesday through Friday.

Special Shipping Charges
Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will be charged an additional $60 per box surcharge.
Shipments to Canada will be charged an additional 50% surcharge to cover import duties, processing and filing of import duties and additional shipping fees.
Shipments to Puerto Rico can be arranged on a case by case basis, to check shipping to your area please email email@example.com the complete shipping address and one of our representatives can confirm availability to your address and provide an order total with additional shipping fees for this region.
Saturday Delivery is not recommended for most weddings but may be considered under special circumstances. This option is not available on our website, so if you require Saturday delivery please call and speak to a customer service representative. Saturday deliveries will be charged an additional $25 per box.
Tracking Your Order
Your order can be tracked through the MY ACCOUNT page. Shipments typically begin 24-72 hours prior to your delivery date, if you do not see ordering tracking links please check back closer to your scheduled delivery date.
Receiving Your Shipment
Our flowers are shipped from a network of well over 100+ farms around the world. Because of this, it is possible that you will receive one box from one shipping carrier (i.e. FedEx) and another box from another shipping carrier (i.e. UPS) on the same day. Please see the Tracking Your Order information above to learn how to check on your entire order. The flowers may arrive in multiple boxes. We recommend caring for your flowers as soon as possible! READ AMBIENCE FLOWERS CARE TIPS below. Ambience Flowers highly recommends that our customers (or a representative) be present for delivery. A signature may be required at the time of delivery, which is up to the discretion of the driver at the time of delivery. Ambience Flowers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, damage to the products as a result of being left in inclement weather, FedEx/UPS or other shipping delays, delays as a result of Customs and Agricultural inspections, or other acts of nature.

It is very important to take the right care of your flowers once received. The customer must be knowledgeable about flower care. In the case, the customer has no knowledge we recommend our Flower Care blog on Ambience Flowers where pictures and descriptions explain what to expect, and how to prep, hydrate and bloom your flowers.
Depending on the type of flowers you order, there can be a substantial visible difference in the appearance of the flowers after they have time to hydrate and bloom.
The 100% Fresh Quality Guarantee pertains to the general quality and freshness of the flower shipment as a whole. Ambience Flowers guarantees that flowers will be delivered fresh-cut, and ready for preparation and hydration in fresh water. All flowers require hydration after shipping, and we request that all customers immediately and carefully prep the flowers, and let them hydrate for 2 hours.
Flowers are a natural product and therefore demonstrate some uniqueness, including spots and variations in color. For this reasons, our 100% Fresh Quality Guarantee does not include the natural variations and imperfections that occur. Ambience Flowers does not guarantee that every stem will be the same and free of imperfections. There may be a few stems that you do not include in your arrangements to create a more consistent display. This is part of the preparation and design process. As you prep your flowers, and trim away the leaves, stems and extra greenery, you will probably toss out a few stems as part of this process. This is what florist does.

AMBIENCE FLOWERS CARE TIPS
Ambience Flowers have been delivered directly cut from the farm to your house, now what?
1) Keep fresh flowers away from drafts and extreme temperatures, which can quickly dry out the flowers and cause wilting.
2) If your flowers came in plastic, remove this as soon as possible.
3) Do not place your arrangement near fruit or in the path of cigarette smoke. The ethylene gas is detrimental to many flower types.
4) Avoid placing flower arrangements in windows and other areas with full sun where flowers can wilt due to overheating. Most flowers will last longer under cool conditions.
How To Keep Your Ambience Flowers Looking Fresh
1) Keep your vase filled with water! All flower and foliage stems should be submerged. Freshly Flowers stay fresher, longer when they can get a drink!
2) If your flowers came in a basket or other container with foam, add fresh water every day.
3) Immediately remove dead or wilting leaves and stems from fresh flower arrangements.
4) Watch your water. When it gets cloudy its time to change it out.
Changing The Water In Your Ambience Flowers Arrangement
First, remove any dead or dying flowers from the arrangement.
After carefully removing the good flowers, clean the vase thoroughly with soapy water to remove any bacteria that could cause the fresh flowers to deteriorate even quicker. Be sure to rinse thoroughly.
Replace the water and mix in the flower preservative provided by your florist, according to the instructions on the packet.
For best results, cut stems with a sharp knife at an angle about one to two inches from the bottom. This allows them to better absorb water. Do not use scissors to cut your flowers because they can crush the stems and prevent water absorption.
Place loose stems or wrapped bouquets of fresh flowers in your water mixture as soon as possible.
